What is your completion rate — and how do you define completion?
Programs with strong completion rates are proud to share them. Programs with weak rates define completion broadly ('anyone who watches 50% of the videos') or refuse to disclose. A healthy completion rate for a structured part-time program is 70%+. Below 50% is a red flag regardless of how good the content looks.

If the program routes you only to testimonials or LinkedIn posts, the unfiltered story may be different from the marketing story.

Programs often advertise '5–7 hours per week' when the actual load, including live sessions, project work, peer review, and community participation, is 10–12 hours. Identify Your Two Riskiest Weeks
Look at your calendar for the next 12 weeks. What are your two highest-risk periods — a work deadline, a family trip, a recurring high-stress window? Can the program accommodate two weeks of reduced attendance? Programs without flexibility have higher dropout rates.
Test With a Trial Before Committing
